so much meaning in one image!
ReplyDeleteWell composed. I like the four tall buildings in the distance as an echo of the figures up front.
ReplyDeletethis is funny and wonderful at the same time. i wonder why the other couple chose not to sit together instead sit apart and appear like the other couple is in their midst. i wonder if these two couples know each other and if they came here altogether. great capture.
ReplyDeleteA very nice shot! I like the composition and that it is in b/w.
ReplyDeleteNice B&W shot! I was wondering the same as Photo Cache, why did they sit apart.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet moment captured! Could the younger ones be their kids?
ReplyDeletei see a possibility of all four being a family...elderly couple n their kids..
ReplyDeleteI love this picture. So glad it is in black and white!

@ joshi daniel, gunn, leah mc cormick: thanks
ReplyDelete@ pasadena adjacent: i didn't quite notice that there were 4 of them till you pointed it out
@ photocache, randy, pam, sujatha: i believe that the four of them are family too. the younger couple is probably their son and daughter-in-law. i think there is a notion of protection in how they're sitting, that they are trying to create.
@ bhupesh: thanks
ReplyDeleteVery nice picture. I like the whole thing but the composition is really good. Yorkshire Picture Library Paul
